International Gender Champions

International Gender Champions is a global initiative originally commissioned by the UN in Geneva, Women at the Table and the US Mission to the UN. The platform tracks gender parity commitments across the diplomatic world and is used by over 800 senior UN staff, government ambassadors, and business leaders across eight countries.

The project began with a multi-stakeholder workshop in Geneva, where, as part of the Standfirst team, I helped shape priorities through affinity sorting with the secretariat. The key challenge was designing an application that allowed users to upload and track their commitments.

Most recently, I refreshed the site's visual direction, working within the existing brand. This included new hub landing pages and improved search and filtering pages to support better content exploration and discovery.
